Jeffrey B. Resnick, P.C.

Concentrating primarily in areas of Probate, Business, Real Estate,
and Creditor Representation in Bankruptcy

Jeff Resnick offers his business clients personal attention in matters ranging from inception of entity, leases, licenses, employment issues, contracts and collections. As a former small business owner, Jeff is highly qualified to understand legal issues that small to medium-sized businesses deal with every day. His 20+ years of representing bankruptcy trustees presented him with even a wider array of business issues that have prepared him to know how to effectively tackle many problems that arise in operating a business.

In representing individual clients, Jeff prepares Wills for clients and family members, probates estates and guides clients in transfers of property outside of probate, provides services as a trustee, and offers assistance to both landlords and tenants in eviction proceedings.
